This Pendant is made of solid Sterling Silver and has a Real human Skull "stone" cut on the sutures and is held in place with sterling prongs. There are a pair of hand forged coffin nails made in the mid 1800's surrounding the bone. Pendant is about 2.5" long and about 1.5" at its widest.  Each pendant is unique as each skull and nail are unique, the photos are a close representation of the pendant you will receive.
